Track Roller

Track Rollers are the main parts of undercarriage parts. Track Rollers support the whole weight of the machinery and pass the weight to the ground and constraint the position of the track. 

Track rollers will meet great impact when the machinery running on rugged ground, making track rollers often be used overload and in bad working environment, often in dust or even soak in the mud and water. So track rollers request a good hardness, wear resistance and good sealing effect. 

Our Track Rollers are composition of two pieces of forged semi-roller. The quality and service life of the products of roller are guaranteed by the hardened face with depth of roller body. Our materials and welding effect are well guaranteed. 

The dimensional accuracy of products is guaranteed by processing of NC LATHES and PROGRAM CONTROLLED MACHINES. In the process of assembly of roller, the expected and reliable sealing and lubricating rotation of roller are guaranteed by Testing of Air Pressure Tightness and Load-bearing Rotation. The machining process of our Track Roller: Forging — Rough Turning — Heat Treatment — Welding — Finish Turning — Assembly — Spraying Paint 

• Surface quenching HRC 54-60 

• Track face hardening depth 5mm-7mm 

• Corner hardening depth more than 2mm
