Track Link

Track Links, both lubricated and dry, are designed and manufactured using computerized system. Track Links are produced through special flaw detection，heat treatment, accurate machining, systematic control assembly and perfect inspection. 

• Using high strength, abrasion resistant steel with heat treatment, especially for track links which link pitch is larger than 190mm, we use the best material 35MnB. 

• Using the material 20CrMo for Track Bushing, carburizing treatment both outside and inside, the hardness depth can be 2.5 to 3mm. 

• For Heat Treatment, we use water quenching technology, and choose the special quenching liquid. 

• For Machining, we use the CNC CONTROLLED MACHINES to guarantee dimensional tolerance. 

• All the track slices must be flaw detected by FLOW DETECTOR to eliminate unqualified track slice. 

• Sealed and Lubricated. 

• Excellent oil retention and dirt exclusion. 

• Excellent seal performance for extreme working conditions. 

• Available in standard and heavy duty versions. 

• Supplying complete chain models, with pitch ranging from 101 to 260mm. . 

The machining process of our Track Links: Forging —Rough Turning —Heat Treatment—Flow Detection —Finish Turning — Assembly— Spraying Paint 

 -Good fatigue-resistance under the most severe operating conditions. 

 -Uniform crown hardness pattern for wear-resistance. 

 -Oversized rails and massive struts in high-stressed are as for load distribution. 

Pins and Bushings, made of specially selected steel according to load test results, are manufactured under consistent quality control during production. 

Keep the oil inside and thus ensure that bushings are always clean and properly lubricated. 

We have designed and built fully automatic chains assembly lines to meet customers’ demand.
