The engine power of the excavators and bulldozers is passed to the track though the Travel Motor and Sprockets. So it requests the sprocket should keep a right grip on the chain, transmit stably, and can still keep a good grip when attrition occurs on the track pin and bushing.
On the base of the principle of customer priority and technology, we have produced the best product with a special know-how about the steel casting and the heat treatment.
Our sprockets have a higher resistance against a fatigue and have a longer service life.
The feature is that all tooth of sprocket are heated at the same time and have a uniform hardness up to 7 mm from the tooth tip to make it the most stable.

The machining process of our Sprocket:
Casting — Cleaning —Tempering—Rough Turning —Heat Treatment— Finish Turning — Spraying Paint
Segments can be casted and also forged, with optimal heat treatments.
Heat Treatment Technical Data for BBY Sprocket:
• quenching surface HRC 48-55
• Teeth hardening depth: Top 11mm to 13mm, Bottom 4mm to 6mm
